Bulk labeling and undo

Label up to 200 posts, products or media files at once from the usual WordPress list screens, filter by AI label, and undo the last bulk action.

You don’t have to open every post. AuthorLabel adds three things to the usual WordPress lists (Posts, Pages, Products, Media):

  1. An AI label column, so you see the status at a glance.
  2. A Filter by AI label dropdown, next to the date and category filters.
  3. Bulk actions named AI label: AI-generated, AI label: AI-assisted and so on.

How to do it

Filter the list (for example by author, date or category), tick the items, choose a bulk action and click Apply. Up to 200 items are changed at once.

Undo

After a bulk action a message appears at the top with an Undo link. It puts back the labels exactly as they were. Every change, bulk or single, is also written to the activity log.
