14-day money-back guarantee

If AuthorLabel Pro is not right for you, you can get a full refund within 14 days of your purchase or of an automatic renewal. You don’t have to give a reason.

How to ask for a refund

Write to [email protected] from the email address you used to buy, or request it from your account, within 14 days. Please include your order number if you have it.

What happens next

We confirm the refund, usually within two working days. The money is returned to your original payment method by Freemius, our reseller. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take 5 to 10 working days to appear.

When the refund is made, the Pro license is deactivated. Labels you already added and the free plugin keep working.

Renewals

The same 14 days apply to automatic yearly renewals. To avoid a renewal, you can turn it off at any time in your account before the renewal date.

Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to any rights you have under the consumer law of your country. It does not limit them.
